CBA formed its first real estate opportunity fund, Cheslock, Bakker Opportunity Fund, L.P. ("CBOF") in 1999 with institutional capital partners, including private pension funds and a foundation, in addition to capital provided by CBA's principals. CBOF has substantially completed its investment program, having created a diversified portfolio of equity investments and mortgages.
